Hosting - Acceptable Use

Content

All hosting services provided by Chilli Tech are to be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret or other statute. All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on our servers.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Chilli Tech's servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. We also will not allow pirated copyright software, hacker programs / hacker scripts, or anything else of illegal nature.

Support for Website Hosting

The customer understands and agrees that Chilli Tech's support is restricted to website hosting and domain registration issues only. The payment of website hosting and domain registration fees does not entitle the customer to support or advise on the use of application and scripting software development.

E-mail Spamming

The sending of unsolicited advertising from a Chilli Tech server to those with which the customers has no existing business relationship is strictly prohibited and the users account will be closed.

IRC

IRC or IRC bots may not be operated on our servers at this time.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Chilli Tech is strictly prohibited and action will be taken as necessary.

Legal Liability

Chilli Tech shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Chilli Tech's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore Chilli Tech shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Chilli Tech's servers. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep a working copy of all files relating to their web site.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.
